The thermodynamic calculation software "Thermo-Calc" is an integrated thermodynamic calculation software based on the CALPHAD method. In addition to phase diagrams, which are fundamental for alloy design and process design, it has various calculation functions and databases. This software is applicable to thermodynamic calculations in various fields, including steel, nickel alloys, aluminum alloys, high-entropy alloys, and solder.
